For over ten years our notary classes have been a successful tool for thousands of notaries in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are
now proud to offer this class online and accessible to renewing notaries statewide. If you are already a California Notary Public and now need to renew you commission, this three hour online class is meant for you.
How Does it Work?
1. Use the pay button (shown above) to purchase the class. Once payment is complete, you must click on the "Return to California Notary Test Preparation" link to leave the Paypal website and enter the online class. A link to the online class website will also be listed on the Paypal receipt that was emailed to you under "Item #".
2. Start the class immediately! Note: Please save the URL/Web address in your bookmarks/favorites...you may need to return if you don't download the entire workbook, test and other extras in one session.
3. You may print out each section of the workbook. The entire workbook is also available. All are in Adobe Reader PDF format. If you do not have Adobe Reader 7 or newer, click here to download for free.
4. You must complete the three hours of study and then electronically verify that you spent the state-required three hours studying the materials.
5. Your certificate completion will be emailed to you within three business days of receiving verification that class was completed.
6. You will need to take the state exam in-person by finding an open testing site. Click here for a list of testing sites.
BEFORE PURCHASING, PLEASE NOTE:
>>This is the three hour class for current notaries who have already taken the state required six hour class and need to renew their commission. If you are becoming a notary for the first time, this class is not for you. You must take the six hour class.
>>Once payment is complete, click on "return to California Notary Test Peparation" on Paypal's site to enter the class.
>>Once we receive your verificaiton we will email you a certificate of completion withing three business days.
