Bond, Errors and Ommissions Insurance and Extras
Each notary is legally requred to purchase a $15,000 Notary bond. Purchase of Errors and Ommissions Insurance is not required by law and therefore whether or not to purchase insurance is left for each notary to decide. Additionally, the Jurat stamp is not required by law, but we offer this item because it's popular amongst our students.
